Hours: Monday - Thursday - Friday 9am to 6pm

Receptionist/Customer Service needed



-Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
-Process Payments Manually and with Credit Card Machine
-Accurate accounting of money collected
-Interact with the public and co-workers in a professional manner
-Respond to email inquiries.
-General office duties.
-Create estimates using QuickBooks
-Create invoices using QuickBooks



Requirements:
High School diploma or GED.

One year in a clerical environment with knowledge of clerical procedures and office equipment

Experience using computers

QuickBooks experience helpful but will train

Medical Office Secretary needed:

Seeking an experienced person to work as a secretary/administrative assistant in a medical office, private practice setting.

Immediate opening for position in medical office. Part-time approxmiately 30 hours per week.

Main Duties:

Typing, Insurance Billing, Scheduling, Claims

Preference is for someone with significant experience in this type of setting and duties.

Receptionist/Data Entry needed


Need an organized, reliable and professional individual for full-time Receptionist/Data Entry position, with strong customer service skills and friendly phone manner. Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office and be a Team-player.

Must have:
General office administration experience
Excellent phone etiquette
Maintain a professional image
Reliable, ability to arrive on time each day
Willingness to learn
Ability to get along with others
English speaking, reading writing required (bi-lingual OK to apply)
Valid driver's license
Must have clean criminal record, and be drug-free

Duties:
As first point of contact for our visitors, Receptionist/Data Entry will be responsible for answering and routing phone calls, greeting visitors, coordinating and distributing mail, ordering office supplies, grocery shopping, shipping packages, data entry and various office duties as assigned.
